How the Linc's seating chart is numbered
The Lincoln Financial Field seating chart has three tiers: the 100 level (the lower bowl, sections 101 to 138), the club level (sections with C and M prefixes), and the 200 level (the upper deck, sections 201 to 244). The thing that confuses first-time buyers is where the numbers start. Section 101 is not in a corner. It sits at midfield on the Eagles sideline, and section 138 is right beside it, so the lowest and highest lower-level numbers share the 50-yard line.
From 101, the numbers run toward the south end zone, across it, along the visitor sideline and around the north end zone before arriving back at 138. Two seating guides place the south end zone at sections 109 to 112 and the visitor midfield at 120 and 121, and the stadium's own guide puts the north end zone at sections 128 to 131. Viewed from above with north at the top, that is a counterclockwise sweep.
- Eagles sideline (west): 101 and 102 at midfield, with 103 to 104 and 137 to 138 completing the prime block.
- South end zone: sections 109 to 112.
- Visitor sideline (east): 120 and 121 at midfield, flanked by 118 to 119 and 122 to 123.
- North end zone: sections 128 to 131, the end nearest the Pepsi Plaza.
The 100 level: where to sit and which rows
The lower bowl circles the field, and it is close: the Linc is compact by modern NFL standards, and the lower bowl is where that shows most.
Rows that see over the sideline
Two seating guides agree that front rows are not automatically best. The sideline is crowded with players, coaches and staff, and from rows 1 to 10 you watch much of the near side through them. Rows in the 20s give you enough height to see over that crowd and still feel close. The last rows of many lower-level sections sit under the club-level overhang, which keeps you dry but cuts off the top of high punts and kickoffs.
Red Zone seats
Per the stadium's guide, Red Zone seats occupy the first two rows of sections 128 to 131 in the north end zone, and seating guides list the same product in 109 to 112 at the south end. These are field-level seats behind the goal line, priced as a premium experience rather than for the view of the whole field.
Corners
Three of the Linc's four corners are open, with views of the skyline. The corner sections of the lower bowl, roughly 105 to 108, 113 to 117, 124 to 127 and 132 to 136, are the usual value play: a diagonal view of the whole field at a step down from sideline demand.
The club level: C and M sections
Between the two main decks sits a ring of club seating. Two seating guides list it as sections C1 to C6, C15 to C27 and C35 to C40, plus a run labeled M7 to M14, and terrace sections at the northeast and southwest corners. The C20 area, for reference, sits at midfield on the visitor (east) side. The stadium lists 8,740 club seats, and club ticket holders get access to the indoor club lounges about two hours before Eagles games.
The club tier is the best middle ground at the Linc. It is high enough to read the whole field and low enough that players are still recognizable without the video boards. RateYourSeats recommends the front half of the club rows for football, and notes that the last row or two sit under the deck above.
Club seats are distinct from the field-level premium spaces behind the Eagles bench. The Firstrust Bank Club is tied to section 101, and the President's Club suites run along the west side. Those products carry the highest demand in the building.
The 200 level, canopies and the family section
The upper deck, sections 201 to 244, follows the same counterclockwise pattern as the lower bowl. Two seating guides put the strongest upper-level sideline views at 201 to 204 on the Eagles side and 223 to 226 on the visitor side.
The stadium's design adds wing-shaped canopies above the east and west stands, and seating guides note that the upper rows of the sideline upper deck sit underneath them. That makes the back of the 200-level sidelines one of the few places in the building with real cover from rain, although the view is the most distant on the sidelines.
In the upper deck, low rows matter more than section number. The front rows of a sideline 200 section often beat the back of a lower-level corner for following play, and they usually cost less.
Alcohol-free family section
Per the stadium's guide, section 217 is the alcohol-free family section for Eagles games. It is the place to look if you are bringing children and want to avoid a heavy-drinking crowd, which at Eagles games can be a real consideration.
Standing-room and social spaces
Seating guides list the Miller Lite Phlite Deck near section 107 and the Bud Light Eagles Nest as standing-room areas. These can be a fun pregame stop, but they are not a substitute for a reserved seat if you want to watch the full game.
Eagles side or visitor side
The Eagles bench is on the west sideline in front of sections 101 to 104 and 137 to 138. The visitors sit across the field on the east side, in front of the 118 to 123 block. There is no official away section, so visiting fans gather on the east side.
For an Eagles fan, the visitor-side sections are often the smarter buy. You face the Eagles bench and the home crowd, you see the same midfield geometry, and demand is generally lighter than on the west side, where the premium clubs sit.
Temple Owls football uses the east sideline, so for Temple games the east side becomes the home side.
Sun matters most for early-season afternoon games. The east stands face west, so they take the afternoon sun; the west stands face away from it. For summer evening concerts, the east-side seats look into the setting sun until it drops below the stadium rim.
Concert, soccer and Army–Navy layouts
End-stage concerts
For stadium concerts, the stage is built at one end of the field and the field becomes a floor of temporary sections or standing room. Floor labeling varies by tour; seating guides list layouts ranging from Field 1 to 11 to Floor 1 to 17, so read the event's own map rather than relying on a past show. The end-zone sections behind the stage are usually closed or sold as limited view.
- Best overall: the floor, straight back from the stage, or lower-level sideline sections toward the stage end.
- Best value: the front rows of the club level or the 200 level on the sidelines, which show the full production.
- Think twice: sideline sections level with the stage, where towers and set pieces cut the angle, and the far 200-level end opposite the stage.
Soccer and the Army–Navy Game
For soccer, the center-line logic matches football: 101 and 102, 120 and 121, and the club sections above them. For the Army–Navy Game, the Corps of Cadets and the Brigade of Midshipmen attend as units and take up large blocks of seats, so check which sections are actually on public sale before comparing listings.
Accessible seating at the Linc
Lincoln Financial Field lists accessible seating areas along with accessible parking, drop-off areas, restrooms, concessions, assistive listening devices and mobile captioning devices. Per the stadium's guide:
- Entry: the North Gate is the designated ADA gate, and the Tork and Hyundai premium entrances also offer expedited entry for guests with disabilities.
- Elevators: at the East Club and Suite entrance, the Hyundai Club and Suite entrance and the Pepsi Lobby.
- Escalators: behind sections 125, 128, 135, 227, 235 and 241.
In some lower-level sections, such as 122, seating guides show the wheelchair positions on a platform at the top of the section, behind the last row of fixed seats, which keeps the view clear of standing fans in front. Exact wheelchair and companion locations vary by event, so confirm them with the stadium's fan services line before you buy, and check the stadium's A to Z guide for current details.
