Upcoming Halsey dates
Dates and live ticket listings appear here as soon as they are on sale. The guide below covers what to know before you buy.
Who Halsey is
Halsey is the stage name of Ashley Nicolette Frangipane, a pop singer and songwriter born on September 29, 1994, in Edison, New Jersey, whose recent tours have played amphitheaters and mid-size halls rather than stadiums. That venue scale is the main thing to know before you buy: there are fewer seats per city than at an arena show, and the front sections go quickly.
Halsey has released five studio albums: Badlands (2015), Hopeless Fountain Kingdom (2017), Manic (2020), If I Can't Have Love, I Want Power (2021) and The Great Impersonator (2024). The biggest hits include "Closer" with The Chainsmokers (2016), which spent 12 consecutive weeks at number one on the Billboard Hot 100, and "Without Me" (2018), Halsey's first solo number one. "Boy with Luv" with BTS (2019) set a record at the time for the most-viewed music video in its first 24 hours.
Halsey has received three Grammy nominations and was named to Time's list of the 100 most influential people in 2020. Halsey uses she/her and they/them pronouns.
Inside a Halsey show
Recent Halsey tours have been concept shows that span the whole catalog rather than a single album. For My Last Trick: The Tour in 2025 ran about 24 to 26 songs, connected by recurring "Alice" interludes that split the night into themed segments, and each show included one surprise song. Some dates added guest appearances; Amy Lee of Evanescence joined in select cities.
The Back to Badlands Tour that followed celebrated ten years of the debut album, with a setlist of more than 30 songs weighted toward Badlands and reworked versions of several tracks, such as an orchestral "Young God." Fans who came up with the early records tend to make these shows loud and emotional, with full-room sing-alongs.

Where to sit at an amphitheater or a ballroom
The right seat depends on which kind of room is on your ticket.
Amphitheaters
An amphitheater is an outdoor venue with a covered or open stage, reserved seats on a slope and often a general admission lawn behind them. At venues like the Hollywood Bowl and Red Rocks, the slope gives good sightlines from most reserved rows.
- Front reserved sections: closest to the stage and the most contested tickets.
- Middle reserved sections, center: often the best view of the full staging and the best sound, at a lower demand level than the front.
- Lawn: the value option, with a distant view and a looser crowd. Bring a layer for evening shows.
Ballrooms and mid-size halls
Rooms like the Hammerstein Ballroom often have a standing general admission floor with a balcony above. The floor puts you close but gets crowded near the stage; the front of the balcony offers a clear, raised view and a place to stand or sit away from the push. Check the seating map on your event, since layouts differ by venue.
Ticket demand and timing
Halsey's smaller rooms mean demand can outrun supply quickly. The Back to Badlands Tour shows how that works: it was announced with 22 dates and grew to 36 as shows were added because of demand.
- Presales take the first wave. Fan sign-ups, card-holder and venue presales usually take a large share of the best seats before the general on-sale.
- Added dates relieve pressure. When a second show is added in a city, prices for the first date on the resale market can soften.
- Lawn and balcony seats behave differently from front sections. Lawn inventory is large and often eases late; front reserved and floor tickets tend to hold.
- Weather can move outdoor dates. A 2025 amphitheater show in Rogers, Arkansas, was canceled because of severe weather, so check the venue's notices on show day.
