Beyoncé's 2025 Stadium Run, in Brief
The Cowboy Carter Tour has ended. Beyoncé opened it on April 28, 2025, at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California, and closed it on July 26, 2025, at Allegiant Stadium outside Las Vegas. Across 32 stadium concerts in nine cities, it sold about 1.6 million tickets and grossed 407.6 million US dollars, according to Billboard Boxscore, which reported the final figures on July 28, 2025. That made it the highest-grossing country tour in history.
The tour supported Cowboy Carter, the 2024 album that won Album of the Year at the 2025 Grammy Awards. It was her fifth all-stadium tour and followed the Renaissance World Tour, which played 56 shows to about 2.78 million people in 2023. This page records what the 2025 tour was, how its shows were staged and how its tickets were sold.
Nine Cities, Long Stands
The routing was compact: a few cities, many nights in each. The full run, in order:
- SoFi Stadium, Inglewood: April 28, May 1, 4, 7 and 9.
- Soldier Field, Chicago: May 15, 17 and 18.
- MetLife Stadium, East Rutherford, New Jersey: May 22, 24, 25, 28 and 29.
- Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, London: June 5, 7, 10, 12, 14 and 16.
- Stade de France, Saint-Denis: June 19, 21 and 22.
- NRG Stadium, Houston: June 28 and 29.
- Northwest Stadium, Landover, Maryland: July 4 and 7.
- Mercedes-Benz Stadium, Atlanta: July 10, 11, 13 and 14.
- Allegiant Stadium, Las Vegas area: July 25 and 26.
The opening five shows at SoFi Stadium alone grossed 55.7 million dollars from more than 217,000 tickets. Stands of this kind concentrate a whole region's demand into one building, which is why a tour routed this way rewards fans willing to travel to the nearest stop.
Records and Box Office
Billboard reported that the tour broke 47 Boxscore records (Billboard's tally of venue and engagement grosses) on its way to the 407.6 million dollar total. The highest-grossing country tour on record is its signature achievement, and it arrived in the same year Cowboy Carter made Beyoncé the first Black woman in 26 years to win Album of the Year.
Measured against its predecessor, the tour played fewer shows in fewer cities than Renaissance and reached its gross by stacking nights: five each in Inglewood and East Rutherford, six in London and four in Atlanta.
The Show: Nine Acts in About Three Hours
Each concert ran about three hours in nine acts, titled Intro, Propaganda, Trailer, Showdown, Outlaw, Holy Daughter, Renaissance, a second Outlaw act and Legacy. The set drew from Cowboy Carter and her earlier catalog, including Renaissance.
The main stage was built around a giant widescreen with a pyramid-shaped void cut into it, an optical trick that read as a five-pointed star. A triangular B-stage sat out on the floor, connected by three ramps. Levitating platforms, a mechanical horse, robotic arms and pyrotechnics carried the production. A red Cadillac Eldorado flew over the crowd until it got stuck mid-air on the first Houston night; after that a golden mechanical horse took its place. Her daughters Blue Ivy and Rumi appeared during "Protector."
How the Sale Ran, and What Happened to Prices
The tour was announced on February 2, 2025, after a planned January 14 announcement was postponed because of the Southern California wildfires. Tickets went out in tiers of presales: a BeyHive fan presale on February 11 and 12, an artist presale on February 13, and card and carrier access through Citi and Verizon in the United States, with a Mastercard presale for London and Paris. Ticketmaster's site crashed under the demand, and ten dates were later added.
Price confusion followed. Fans reported paying very different amounts for seats in the same section at Mercedes-Benz Stadium; Ticketmaster denied using surge pricing and said prices were set in advance by the tour (Axios, February 14, 2025). Then, days before the April 28 opener, thousands of seats were still available, some upper-level primary prices had fallen well below presale levels, and average resale prices sat below the Renaissance tour's average (SAN, April 24, 2025).
The lesson applies to any stadium tour that adds dates after a hot presale: added shows enlarge supply, and the frenzy of on-sale week does not always hold. On this tour, buyers who waited for the market to settle found some sections priced well below what presale buyers had paid.
Seating Lessons and Beyoncé's Next Tour
The B-stage changed where the good seats were. Floor sections near the triangular stage and lower-level sideline sections facing it brought fans close for the portion of the show played out there, while seats directly behind the main stage were the ones to avoid, since the widescreen is the centerpiece of the production. On a show this screen-driven, a raised center seat facing the stage saw the optical effects as they were designed.
As of October 1, 2026, no follow-up tour had been confirmed in the sources reviewed for this page. Her recent pattern has been all-stadium tours built around a new album, announced months ahead with fan presales.
