Blake Shelton on stage today

Blake Shelton is an Oklahoma-born country singer whose live career now runs on two tracks: short arena tours, often with veteran country guests on the bill, and a Las Vegas residency, Live in Las Vegas, at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace. The residency debuted in February 2025, returned for eight shows from January 15 to 31, 2026, and added eight more from May 6 to 24, 2026, after strong demand. The live event list on this page shows the dates currently on sale.

Shelton was born on June 18, 1976, in Ada, Oklahoma. His debut single, "Austin" (2001), spent five weeks at No. 1 on the Billboard country chart, and he has since collected more than 30 No. 1 singles, including a record-setting streak of consecutive chart-toppers. He joined the Grand Ole Opry in 2010, has won 10 Country Music Association awards, including Male Vocalist of the Year five times, and spent 2011 to 2023 as a coach on NBC's The Voice, where nine of his team members won the season.

What a Shelton show is like

Shelton's concerts lean on a deep catalog of radio hits, from "Austin" and "God's Country" to "God Gave Me You," alongside newer songs such as "Stay Country or Die Tryin'," the No. 1 single from his 2025 album For Recreational Use Only. On the Friends and Heroes tours, guest stars came out to play their own biggest hits, which turns the night into a country revue as much as a headline set.

The residency is the more intimate format. The Colosseum seats about 4,300, a fraction of an arena, and Shelton said when he announced it in August 2024 that he wanted a show different from his regular tour, focused on songs and connection with the crowd rather than elaborate staging. Announcements for the 2026 dates promised fan favorites alongside new music.

Recent tours, dated

• Friends and Heroes Tour (2019 to 2020): the first tour under the Friends and Heroes name.
• Back to the Honky Tonk Tour (2023): an 18-date run announced in September 2022, with Carly Pearce and Jackson Dean opening.
• Friends and Heroes 2025 (February 27 to March 22, 2025): 12 arena dates across the eastern US, including TD Garden in Boston, State Farm Arena in Atlanta and Rupp Arena in Lexington, with Trace Adkins, Craig Morgan, Deana Carter and Emily Ann Roberts. Shelton described watching "these icons come out and do four or five of the biggest hits of their storied careers."
• Live in Las Vegas (2025 to 2026): the Colosseum residency, with runs in February 2025, January 2026 and May 2026.

Away from the stage, Shelton is a partner with Ryman Hospitality Properties in Ole Red, a chain of restaurant and music venues that began in his hometown of Tishomingo, Oklahoma, in 2017 and now includes locations in Nashville, Gatlinburg, Orlando and on the Las Vegas Strip.

Where to sit: arena tour or residency

On an arena tour, with guest sets folded into the night, the usual end-stage advice applies.

• Lower-level sections angled toward the stage: the best mix of view and sound, and you keep a clear line to the screens during guest sets.
• Floor: the energy is up front. If the floor is sold as general admission (standing, first come, first served), arrive early; if it is reserved, the front rows feel close, while rows further back sit on a flat surface behind standing fans.
• Upper level: good value for a sing-along show; pick sections facing the stage over the far sides.

At the Colosseum, the room is far smaller, so even upper-tier seats are much closer than an arena's upper deck. Center sections give the most balanced view, and the middle of the house often offers nearly as good a view as the front for less demand. For general advice, see The Best Seats at a Concert.

How Shelton tickets sell

Shelton's sales follow a tiered structure. For the May 2026 residency dates, a Citi cardmember presale opened first, followed by a seated presale, then presales for Caesars Rewards members, Ole Red and Live Nation, and finally the general on-sale on February 6, 2026. The 2025 arena tour used an artist fan presale and an American Express presale ahead of the public sale. Joining the fan list or the relevant loyalty program is the best way to get an early shot at face value.

On the resale market, Friday and Saturday nights in Las Vegas typically draw the most interest, as do arena dates in country strongholds. Prices often soften for weeknight dates and for upper-level seats closer to the show. GoodSeats orders come with free shipping and a 100% guarantee. For announcements, check his official tour page.
