Dates and live ticket listings appear here as soon as they are on sale. The guide below covers what to know before you buy.

The Clippers in brief

The LA Clippers play their home games at Intuit Dome in Inglewood, a few minutes from LAX and near SoFi Stadium. The NBA regular season runs from late October to mid-April, with the playoffs stretching into June for teams that advance. The Clippers compete in the Western Conference's Pacific Division.

The franchise has moved more than most. It entered the league in 1970 as the Buffalo Braves, relocated to San Diego in 1978 and took the name Clippers after the sailing ships that once filled San Diego Bay, then moved to Los Angeles in 1984. For its first 15 Los Angeles seasons the team played at the Los Angeles Memorial Sports Arena, and from 1999 through 2024 it shared Staples Center (now Crypto.com Arena) with the Lakers.

The Clippers have not won an NBA title or a conference title. Their best postseason run came in 2021, when they reached the Western Conference Finals for the first time and lost to the Phoenix Suns. They won division titles in 2013, 2014 and 2024. Steve Ballmer bought the team in 2014, and his ownership has defined the modern franchise, from the high-flying Lob City teams of 2012 to 2017 to the construction of a privately financed arena.

Intuit Dome: a basketball-only arena built for the home side

Intuit Dome opened on August 15, 2024, at 3930 West Century Boulevard. It seats about 18,300 for basketball and cost roughly 2 billion dollars to build, according to published reports. Two features shape the experience for a ticket buyer:

  • The Wall is a single, uninterrupted tier of 51 rows behind the basket at the east end, with no suites breaking it up. It was designed as a home-team supporters' end, inspired by fan sections at European soccer stadiums.
  • The Halo board is a double-sided ring of video screens, about 38,375 square feet, hung over the court. Because the board circles the bowl, fans on every side get replays and stats without craning toward a single center-hung cube.

The bowl is steep. From the upper concourse, the court can feel far below you, but the pitch keeps the rows in front of you low, so sightlines from the upper level are cleaner than in many older arenas. Intuit Dome will host the 2026 NBA All-Star Game and the basketball tournament at the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics.

Where to sit at a Clippers game

Courtside and the lower sideline

Courtside seats (the floor-level row along the sidelines) put you within a few feet of the players and come with the steepest premium in the building. For most buyers, the better pick is the lower bowl along the sidelines, about 10 to 20 rows up: high enough to see plays develop across the whole floor, close enough to hear the game. Check your seat map for which sideline holds the team benches if that matters to you.

The Wall

The Wall is for fans who want noise more than a perfect angle. The front rows form a Supporters Section reserved for season ticket holders, with an expectation that fans wear Clippers gear and cheer only for the home team. If you are a visiting fan, this is the wrong end of the building for you. Higher rows of The Wall look down the length of the court, which gives a good view of the near basket and a flatter view of the far end.

Behind the west basket and the corners

Baseline seats at the west end sit lower and closer than they look on a map, but play at the far basket happens across 94 feet of court. Corner sections in the lower bowl are a good compromise: a diagonal view of both ends, usually priced below the center sideline.

Upper level

The upper level is the value tier. Because the bowl is steep, the first several rows of the sideline sections give a full, unobstructed view of the floor, and the Halo board fills in the detail. The top rows of the upper corners are the seats to avoid if you want to follow the ball rather than the screens.

Schedule shape and which games sell first

The NBA calendar follows a set pattern: preseason games in early October, an 82-game regular season from late October to mid-April (41 home games), a play-in tournament for the seventh through tenth seeds, then the playoffs from April into June. The in-season tournament, the NBA Cup, adds group-stage games to the November schedule.

Demand at Intuit Dome tends to cluster around a few kinds of games:

  • The Lakers. The crosstown matchup has a different feel now that the teams no longer share a building, and Lakers fans have long turned out in numbers for these games.
  • Marquee visitors. Teams with national stars, such as the Golden State Warriors, and Pacific Division rivals draw larger crowds.
  • Weekend and holiday games. Friday, Saturday and Sunday dates, plus games around Thanksgiving, Christmas week and Martin Luther King Jr. Day, usually sell through faster than midweek dates.
  • Playoff games. Home playoff tickets go on sale on short notice once a series is set, and the resale market moves quickly.

Midweek games in November and December against Eastern Conference teams with smaller followings are typically the easiest to buy.

Getting to Intuit Dome and getting in

Intuit Dome is not on a rail line, so plan the last leg. As of the 2025–26 season, Metro riders can take the C Line to Hawthorne/Lennox or the K Line to Inglewood or LAX/Metro Transit Center and transfer to the free Intuit Express shuttle. Metro lists the shuttle as running every 20 minutes starting two hours before each game and every 10 minutes for an hour after the final buzzer. Bus lines 115, 117 and 212 also stop nearby. Check Metro's Intuit Dome page for current service before you go.

Drivers park in one of the arena's garages, including the West Garage on Prairie Avenue and the East Garage on West 102nd Street. Passes are sold in advance, garages open about four hours before the event, and the system reads license plates rather than paper passes. Prices vary by event.

Entry works differently than at most arenas. As of the 2025–26 season, the arena requires every guest to use the LA Clippers + Intuit Dome app to hold tickets, and you enter with either a facial-authentication option or an identity pass saved to your phone. The building is cashless, so load a payment card into the app or bring a card to tap. Doors open 90 minutes before tip-off for basketball. Review the arena's know-before-you-go page for the current rules, including the bag policy.

Gameday notes for a first visit

Arrive early on your first trip. App setup, shuttle timing and the size of the plaza all take longer than you expect, and the 90-minute door window is the best time to walk the concourse before the bowl fills. The arena was designed with open sightlines from many concourse areas, so you can keep watching on the way to food.

Inglewood traffic builds sharply when Intuit Dome, SoFi Stadium or the Kia Forum have events on the same night. Check the local calendar, and if two venues are busy, transit plus the shuttle often beats driving. After the game, waiting 20 minutes in the arena before heading to the garage or rideshare zone can save more time than leaving at the buzzer.

Every GoodSeats order is backed by a 100% guarantee, which matters most for high-demand dates such as Lakers games and playoff rounds when tickets change hands close to tip-off.
