Good Seats guides are written and maintained by the Good Seats editorial team. Pages are bylined to the team rather than to an individual because each guide combines research, writing and fact-checking steps, and is revised over time as venues, policies and productions change.
How a guide is made
- Research. Facts are gathered from primary sources and recorded with their sources, as described on the content sourcing page.
- Writing. The guide is written to answer the questions a buyer has before buying: where to sit, how to get there and what to expect.
- Checking. Every page is checked against the editorial standards before publication, including spelling, dated policies and the rule against stating prices.
- Maintenance. Pages are revised when facts change, and the updated date on each page reflects the last change to its content.
